Check your email for the license key

Look for an email from LemonSqueezy with your order receipt. The license key is in the email. Check spam if you don't see it.

Open CaptureIt, click License, paste key, click Activate

In the app, click License in the left sidebar. Paste your key into the field and click Activate. The watermark disappears immediately.

I lost my license key. How do I get it back?

Visit app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders and sign in with the email you used to purchase. Your key is there.

How many devices can I activate on?

Your license includes 3 activations. Use them on your desktop, laptop, and a third machine if needed.

What does my license cover?

All v1.x updates - current and all future minor releases. When v2 ships (no current timeline), it will be a separate purchase.

How do I deactivate on a device so I can move to a new machine?

Deactivation controls are coming in a future Settings update. In the meantime, email support@trycaptureit.com and we will reset a slot for you.

The app says my key is invalid. What should I do?

Make sure you are pasting the full key with no extra spaces. If it still fails, email support@trycaptureit.com with your order number.
